- The practice is founded on a non-judgmental, open, and compassionate approach. Confidentiality and privacy are of the highest importance, and the office has a private waiting area with a separate entry and exit from the office.
- In working together, we maintain that you have the answers and/or the capacity to develop them--and our work is simply to navigate how to access the deeper connections, needs, and answers unique to you.
- The work is client-centred and focuses on what's most effective and produces real results for individual clients. The therapeutic approach is highly integrative and includes important emphasis from many diverse schools of psychology, including important aspects of Jungian and psychodynamic approaches.
